Arts Programs: Diploma,
Advanced Culinary Arts - You can learn by doing in
this 60.5 credit hour program. You can take classes including:
Cuisines of the Mediterranean, Cuisines of Asia, Wines &
Beverages, and Preparing Food for the Camera -- just to name
a few. The program is modular, and usually takes approximately
60 weeks to complete (full-time) and 90 weeks to complete
(part-time).
Diploma,
Professional Baking and Pastry - The Baking and
Pastry Diploma Program is a 36 credit hour program that focuses
on baking and the pastry arts. You can take classes such as:
Chocolate Artistry, Classic American Desserts, and Classical
European Pastries -- plus numerous others. This program is
also modular, and usually takes 35 weeks to complete (full-time)
and 47 weeks to complete (part-time).
